Asia Pacific Land Berhad (AP Land), the developers of the Bandar Tasik Puteri (BTP develoment project in Rawang have gone to great lengths to entice house buyers.

Since they started development on the 1,068 ha site five years ago, they have been regularly carrying out innovative campaigns to woo prospective buyers.

And those who bought properties there earlier were not forgotten either as they are included in AP Land’s house buyers campaign held throughout the year and have benefited in one way or another.

Their aggresive sales personnel have dedicated their time to promoting packages and their sales tactics have always worked in their favour.

And last year, being the fifth anniversary, their sales tactics were to design three successful packages.

For every purchase of a unit at Block 3 which consists of Regalia semi-detached homes, Fabula double storey terrace houses and bungalows, Bandar Tasik Puteri buyers were offered umrah packages for two persons and furniture worth RM9,000.

We managed to sell more than 35 houses of all sizes valued at RM9mil,” said AP Land Group Corporate Communications and Publicity manager Rita Micheaul.

The scond and third packages were the Kancil car and Comel campaigns where those who bought corner lot units of Alonso, Angelo and Adriano types houses during the Mapex 2003 in July were given a Comel scooter and Kancil each depending ont he value of their homes.

Micheaul added that 26 umrah packages, six Kancil cars and 16 Comel scooters were given out during the campaign last year.

“AP Land will carry out similar campaigns to attract buyers,” added Micheaul.

She said as a planned development, BTP boasts of a premium 18-hold golf course, its own Urban Regional Centre with built-in modern facilities and amenities within modern lifestyle surroundings and an interactive garden setting.

At a brief ceremony held recently at City Square Centre in Jalan Tun Razak, BTP senior sales and marketing manager Mohd Azhan Che Mat handed over the gifts to the lucky buyers.
