The Property Management Department of Bandar Tasik Puteri oversees the administration and management of the township, with office within a stone's throw away from Tasik Puteri Golf & Country Club.

Headed by the Property Manager, the department comprises of security team, rectification team, maintenance team, landscaping team, PR and management team that work closely together to manage all properties in Bandar Tasik Puteri.

Apart from carrying out the usual primary in-house duty in providing day-to-day service to the residents, the department maintains an amiable and harmonious relationship with the local Residents Associations (RA), various police stations in Kundang, Batu Arang and Rawang; and with local authority such as Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (MPS) and the local Rukun Tetangga (Neighbourhood Watch) for the benefits of the residents.
