Bandar Tasik Puteri is an area endowed with natural terrain of lakes and vast greenery that spans across 2,670 acres of land, surrounded by established neighbourhoood of Kuang, Kundang, Batu Arang and Rawang; collectively known as part of North Klang Valley.

The Corridors

Value Corridor
Consists of deluxe apartments, double storeys and single storey terrace houses, the Value Corridor offers value for money and affordability. The prices range from RM42,000 for low cost apartments to RM150,000 for medium cost terrace houses.
Quality Corridor

Consists of terrace houses, cluster homes, semi-detached houses and bungalows, the Quality Corridor homes are marketed at prices between RM180,000 and RM500,000 per unit.

Development to-date are 320 units of dual frontage shops named Medan Puteri and 150 shops which will be progressively extended to cater to the daily shopping needs of the rapidly expanding population.

Recreation Corridor
Tasik Puteri Golf & Country Club, presently consists of 18 holes, will soon be expanded to 27 holes in the mid-year of 2007. Forming part of the Recreation Corridor is the 33-acre Puteri Central Park, located in the heart of the township.
